You’ll be picked up from your hotel/residence or the airport. After introduction and briefing, you will depart Nairobi in the morning and head to Amboseli National Park. Arrive in time for lunch. You will have a short rest after lunch and later embark on an afternoon game drive encountering various wildlife in their natural habitat.

Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, the Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust,” and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close.

You will get back to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

You will wake up to amazing views of Mount Kilimanjaro if the weather permits. On this day, you will have a morning and afternoon game drive in this wonderful park where Mount Kilimanjaro’s background offers good photographic scenery. It is coupled with animals on the ground, the Big Five, herds of elephants and the prolific birdlife in this African wilderness park. Another exciting place will be the observation point where you will have a bird’s eye view of the expansive park below teaming with wildlife. You can also do an optional Maasai village visit at an extra cost.

After breakfast you will depart the lodge and drive leisurely towards Nairobi. On arrival you will be dropped at your city hotel or the airport according to your departure timings.
